Love the salad you’ve made! I make this salad all the time. It is my go-to for inspiration and salivation. They are very skeptical about any recipes I try. Made this for dinner tonight. I’ve found that my digestive system has a bit of a hard time with raw curly kale, but seems to be fine with the lactinato kind. Even my husband was a fan and he’s typically pretty picky. Tear kale into pieces, avoiding the tough inner stalk.
